At least 26 people have been killed by air attacks last Syrian government in the city of Palmyra, which is controlled by militants. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights based in the UK has revealed that among the victims in Palmyra were 12 militants ISIS. There were airstrikes in the city of Idlib which killed 17 people. ISIS took full control of Palmyra in May and Idlib is a stronghold of an alliance of jihadist groups. On Thursday, a Syrian military official announced the "Reuters" that the government forces have launched immediately by the use of new weapons and combat land, which is supplied by Russia. As of Friday, the defense ministers of the United States and Russia have held initial talks about the conflict in Syria, the Pentagon announced. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter spoke with Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu on the possibility of overcoming the dispute, it said in an official statement.
