He is playing host to friend Julia Roberts and family at his Italian home.
But George Clooney took one night off from entertaining his houseguests to share a romantic evening with his wife.
The 54-year-old actor was spotted heading to dinner with wife Amal, 37, in Lake Como on Sunday evening.
On the same day, his 47-year-old Oceans Eleven co-star was spotted on a family outing on the actual lake.
Julia was accompanied by her husband of 13 years, Danny Moder, and their three children ten-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus along with eight-year-old Henry Daniel Moder.
It certainly seemed to be a happy trip as no doubt Julia and 46-year-old Danny were celebrating their 13-year wedding anniversary as they were marred on July 4 2002.
