Dwayne Johnson has proven once again why he is called The Rock, after posing for a shirtless picture on the Great Wall of China
The 43-year-old actor showed off him impressive upper-body on the landmark near the capital of Beijing, where he is currently promoting his new film San Andreas, in the Instagram snap.
The actor took the opportunity to educate his followers on the significance of the Great Wall, as well as ponder over his 'past life' as a 'great ruler who has many great babies'.

He wrote: 'Originally built in the third century B.C. as a means to protect the Chinese empire against invading barbarian nomads. The Great Wall remains a powerful symbol of China's enduring strength.
'After spending time in this country and especially on this wall, there's no denying you feel the power and energy of Chinese Dynasties of the past.

The Rock finished the post with a number of hashtags, including ' #GreatWall  #ImSureIWasAGreatRulerInMyPastLife #WhoHadManyGreatBabies'
The actor is currently promoting California earthquake thriller San Andreas, an experience which he recently described as 'more challenging than Vin Diesel'.
'So when you're there and you're shooting and everything is to scale and you're feeling the destruction, in our little movie-making way, it becomes so clear and jarring that this is just a slight sliver of what it would really be like.
'Being on sets with Vin Diesel is challenging. This blows him out of the water.'
The actor has been busy promoting San Andreas all over the globe, and attended the Los Angeles premiere of his new movie earlier this week.
The eight-time WWE Champion made a grand entrance, hanging off the side of a fire truck, before posing with mother Ata and daughter Simone
