David Cicilline, member of the House of Representatives Democrat, has asked Obama to accept 65 thousand Syrian refugees by the end of 2016. Meanwhile, religious groups require the US to accept up to 100 thousand refugees .
Melanie Nezer from Hias group world of lawyers refugees, said the United States had the opportunity to host the more than 10 thousand, as this figure is very small compared to those of European countries which are holding the main burden this crisis.
