Ramona Singer broke down twice during a bikini heavy group vacation on Tuesday's episode of The Real Housewives Of New York City.
The 58-year-old mother of one started the Bravo show talking to Bethenny Frankel about her concern over Sonja Morgan's drinking.
Bethenny in last week's episode confronted Sonja during their Turks and Caicos vacation about her boozing and told Ramona that their mutual friend was 'lonely like all of us'.
'I know what lonely is,' said Ramona who recently filed to divorce her husband Mario after 22 years of marriage after catching him cheating.
'You had a great relationship. You're scared,' compassionate Bethenny said during their nighttime couch conversation.
