She's never far from the gym, and even over Easter weekend Millie Mackintosh is sticking to her dedicated workout regime. The 24-year-old shared some sweaty snaps from a gym session on Saturday, telling her Instagram followers that she was officially 'broken' by her trainer. Showing off her enviable abs in leggings and a sports bra, the star has been stepping up her workouts as she prepares to jet off to the celeb-packed Coachella music festival next week.
The former Made in Chelsea star posted a snap of herself collapsed on the floor after being put through her paces on Saturday morning. Wearing a pair of skin-tight grey and black leggings and a skimpy sports bra, Millie has her head in her hands in the pic, which she captioned:

Her impressive abs are on full display in the pic, but Millie chose to point out her less than glam hair, as the declared: 'Frizzy hair don't care.' The fitness fanatic shared the secret to her bod in a chat with the Evening Standard this week, explaining: 'I like to do a mixture of exercise. I’m really into weight training, which is quite a slow process. There’s a real sense of achievement when you can lift more than you could before. The health benefits are amazing and I am trying to improve my posture. I like doing spinning, pilates and yoga too.' While she loves hitting the gym, the Celebrity Masterchef competitor is also a huge foodie, with the star admitting that she and her husband, rapper Professor Green, love nothing more than indulging in a roast dinner on a Sunday. While she loves whipping up Sunday lunches, Millie added that there's one food she can't stand: 'It is weird because people think I am really healthy, and I do try to eat a balanced diet, but my worst food is raw vegetables. 'My salads consist of roasted vegetables. I’m not into raw cucumber, raw tomato or peppers. Quite a lot of typical salads I just can’t eat.'
