Kim Kardashian breaks down in tears in a new clip for Sunday's Keeping Up With The Kardashians, after the car she was travelling in with daughter North skidded off the road in Montana.
The star's voice is cracking as she details their near-miss in an emotional phone call.
'Our car is stuck in the snow in the middle of - I mean - in a ditch, off the side of the road, we skidded into the other side of the road and a car was coming towards us', she explained, as her eyes welled up with tears.
'We almost flipped our car - we flew off the road!' she told her sibling, '[it was] terrifying'.
The raw footage from the vehicle shows Mrs Kanye West yelling: 'I don't have my seat belt on!' as the car goes out of control on the snow-covered road.
Unlike her mom, North was safely buckled in her car seat.
Khloe explained her relief that no one was hurt in the accident: ''things could change in the blink of an eye, our family has learned that tons of times' she says on the show, 'We definitely have angels surrounding us today.'
Following the February crash, Kim took to social media writing: 'Thank God for watching over her family and keeping us safe.'
Kim, Khloe, Kylie and North's crash came two weeks to the day after transgender patriarch Bruce Jenner was involved in a fatal car crash in Malibu, California that left one woman dead.
The very next day after the terrifying accident, Khloe appeared at the Academy Awards in Los Angeles for a work function on behalf of the E! network.
'It was really scary yesterday, but we're all good, all safe,' she told Giuliana Rancic on air before the show.
'It was Kylie, Kim, North and I in Montana. I hit some black ice, car span out of control, but I gained control and ended up in a ditch. I was driving.'
She added: 'Kim was screaming and crying – she was shook up a little bit but OK.'
