The former couple were both separately invited to one of their haunts - The Blind Dragon - for the birthday party of owner Markus Molinari.
Patrick, 21, and 22-year-old Miley called time on their romance in April after dating for five months.
The catalyst for the split appeared to be pictures that emerged of the son of Arnold cosying up with a bikini-clad babe while spring breaking in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in March.
Patrick might be regretting his decision after seeing Miley's recent fashion shoot for hosiery brand Golden Lady.
The popstar flaunts her fabulously toned body in a jazzy blue sequin bikini - and she even shaved her pink underarm hair for the occasion.
Her former beau meanwhile was most recently spotted out with the only constant woman in his life - mom Maria Shriver.
The two were seen headed to lunch in Beverly Hills on Thursday; the niece of JFK knows a thing or two about break-ups too, having split from Arnie - with whom she has three other children: Katherine (25) Christina (23) and Christopher (17) - in 2011 after 25 years of marriage.
