He posted a sad Instagram message on his daughter Penelope's third birthday on Wednesday, which led many to ask about his state of mind.
And now it has been revealed Scott Disick may have been seeking help before his latest meltdown which has led to a breakup with longtime partner Kourtney Kardashian, 36.
According to a Thursday report from US Weekly, the 32-year-old went in and out of rehab on Sunday in Florida after he went on a bender during his trip to France.
However the reality star spent just hours in the center, which is thought to be near where he is staying with rumoured ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli.
The pair were seen very hands on while he was enjoying a break on the French Riviera.
Days later he posted a forlorn message to Instagram littered with errors to celebrate his daughter Penelope's birthday.
The caption, which was coupled with a collage of photos of the tot read: '1 of the only things I'm proud off about myself. Happybdayp,'
