Kelly Rutherford was reunited with her two children on US soil, three years after her ex husband Daniel Giersch won full custody.
The 46-year-old actress was spotted on Friday having a sweet and emotional reunion with eight-year-old Hermes and six-year-old Helena in New York.
She recently won the legal right to host her son and daughter in the United States after losing custody in 2012 when a judge ruled that her two children should remain in France with their father.
Clearly ecstatic to have her kids back home with her, Rutherford was seen carrying little Helena in her arms as Hermes rolled along beside her on a razor scooter.
The blonde star doted on the two children, as she made cooing faces to her daughter who also showered her mother with affection.
While on Monday, the mother-of-two appeared on The View to discuss her emotional reunion.
